Group Facilitators:  Michaela Brown, LMHC and Annie Catalano, MS

Group Duration: 5 weeks/sessions on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:15

Best Suited for: those interested in understanding and exploring their own self esteem.  Topics include the creation of our self esteem, how it’s influenced, and ways to strengthen belief in ourselves and self worth.
